Cherry gave me the best deep tissue massage. Really great quality and fantastic pressure. I felt really looked after. I will definitely be coming back.

I was really excited to book a birthday treat here, especially as it's a new local business. Unfortunately, I left disappointed before my treatment even began. When I arrived, despite having booked and prepaid online, I was asked several questions about my appointment, including which massage I'd booked, the duration,and how much I paid. I would have expected these details to have been available. The payment method was a bit of a hassle, I had paid a deposit online and then was asked to do a bank transfer prior to my appointment, and show them a confirmation page. This complicated things when I needed to be refunded. It was immediately obvious that building work was taking place upstairs. While I was waiting, a man carried large planks of wood through the reception area, and I could hear power tools (sounded like a saw) being used. The staff had to ask the builder to stop to let me through whilst he carried this wood. The upstairs toilet also felt a bit grubby, with no lock (that I could see) on the door and there were clumps of hair on the floor. Once I was shown into the massage room, the floor shook from the work above, and the screeching of power tools completely drowned out the relaxing music. It was clear I wasn’t going to be able to relax or enjoy the experience. The noise was above ‘general’ building noise and was high pitched, loud and clearly power tools being used on the floor above. When the therapist returned, I explained that the noise was very noisy and that I wasn’t going to be able to relax. I couldn’t actually hear what she said when she came in because of the noise. The therapist apologised immediately and asked me if I wanted to cancel, to which I said yes, and agreed to refund me, which I appreciate. However, I'd already spent time booking, travelling there and then having to drive home again without receiving my treatment. I understand that new businesses need to remain open where possible, but for a service that is specifically intended to be relaxing, the level of noise was unacceptable. This is the first time I have ever left an appointment. In my opinion, appointments should have been suspended during the noisiest building work, or customers should at least have been warned in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a discount. You let me know you were told that the building work shouldn’t disrupt by the builders, but realistically, power tools inside the building were going to be disruptive and noisy. I do feel this was foreseeable. I wanted to support a new local business, so this was overall really disappointing. To add some positives - All the staff were friendly and I was emailed (I assume by the manager) and they were friendly and apologetic. They quickly refunded me and gave options to return if I wanted to. I chose not to on this occasion. - The massages were reasonable prices, £55 for a Thai oil massage seems very reasonable Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning or recommending it.

First time trying hot stone massage exceptional service!....would definitely recommend and will be returning!

I highly recommend this place to everyone! I honestly couldn't find a really good massage in Bristol, so I always used to travel to Newport. From now on, I won't have to. The girls really know what they're doing. I feel amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back. I'll be recommending this place to everyone! ❤️
