Private Chef | UHNW Household in Central London

£75,000 - £80,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Private Chef to join a busy UHNW household based in Central London. This position will be working alongside a second chef, and will be responsible for delivering high quality, nutritious, family-style meals. This is a long-term role, for a creative chef with strong nutritional knowledge and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving household. This role would suit a chef with a calm, measured approach.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and serve daily meals for the family, always tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Cook for both adults and children with a strong focus on health and nutrition
Prepare fresh foods daily, including homemade breads, pastas, healthy bakes and snacks
Coordinate with the other chef to ensure the rota is covered seamlessly and consistency is always delivered
Source the finest ingredients from trusted local suppliers and markets

Requirements:

Proven experience in a private household or a luxury hospitality setting is essential
Strong track record in health focused, family style cooking
A passion for variety - a wide ranging menu is expected
The ability to take direction and constructive feedback with professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and to travel with the family as required
