Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate field teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. You will play a key role in streamlining workflows, improving productivity, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
Manage job scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of field technicians.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement operational processes for improved efficiency.
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Train, supervise, and motivate team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in plumbing, construction, or trade services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of plumbing services and industry standards (preferred).
Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license.
