We are currently seeking a Factory Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and production company based near Wickford, Essex. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and growing team.

Position Type:

Permanent role following a successful 3-month probation period through the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with loading and unloading machinery

Carrying out basic assembly tasks using hand tools

Moving materials through various stages of the production process

Supporting work within the spray bay

What We're Looking For:

Previous hands-on or factory/production experience

Good physical fitness

A positive attitude and willingness to learn various roles across the site
