We are a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Thurrock, Essex, seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing school community that values each childs unique potential.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to support childrens learning in and out of the classroom.

Provide one–to–one and small group support, including for pupils with additional needs.

Help to create a positive, engaging and safe learning environment.

Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with primary–aged children (school–based experience desirable but not essential).

Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all learners.

Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Is reliable, flexible and eager to learn.
