Positions: Teaching Assistants & Higher Level Teaching Assistants (Full-time/Part-time/temporary)

Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 starts available

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a range of secondary schools across Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons

Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN)

Assist with classroom management and organization

Support students' social and emotional development

HLTA roles may involve leading classes and covering lessons in the absence of the teacherRequirements:

Relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff

For HLTAs, relevant qualifications and experience are required (e.g., HLTA status, QTS, or equivalent)
