Description
Job Role: CNC Vertical Borer
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to 39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer in Leicester, who are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team.
Job Duties:
Set, operate and program CNC vertical boring machinesWorking with Webster Bennett, Doosan VTS and HyundaiWorking on medium to large components (600mm–1500mm)Read and work from engineering drawingsConduct inspections on parts and componentsUsing measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres, gauges etc.Support continuous improvement activities
Job Requirements:
Apprentice Trained or Time Served – CNCExperience with Fanuc or SiemensAble to read and work from engineering drawingsHappy to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
Salary & Shift:
Up to 39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)Monday to Thursday, 6am – 3:45pm & 1:30pm – 9:15pm
