The house is fully furnished, it is around 20 metres away from Princess Road and Claremont Road, ASDA is a walking distance to the house (around 10 minutes) and around 15-20 minutes’ walking to Rusholme. The room will be available on Monday 07/11/2025.
Four people live in the house as a maximum. The house is quiet and clean and whom want to live in the house must be ready to participate on cleaning the house weekly.
Rent is £350 per calendar month that’s includes all utilities (electricity, gas and wireless broadband are inclusive), we will also providing cleaning items; detergents, bin pags..etc.
We will take £200 as a deposit.
Cigarettes and alcohol are not allowed.
Strictly no housing benefits DSS.
