JOB TITLE: Paralegal
DEPARTMENT: Property OR Commercial Litigation
SALARY: Up to £24,000
LOCATION: Newport, office based.
HOURS: Full Time | Monday - Friday
START DATE: ASAP
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Two
We're looking for a motivated, entry-level paralegal to join a respected Legal 500 firm in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with a law degree (or equivalent) who has some previous experience in a law firm or is familiar with legal/admin tasks.
What you'll do:
* Support fee earners with day-to-day legal work.
* Help with basic research, drafting documents, and client correspondence.
* Assist with file management and general administrative tasks.
* Attend meetings and training sessions to build your practical skills.
* Help the team with marketing or networking events when needed.
* Work collaboratively across departments and provide cover when colleagues are away.
What we're looking for:
* Law degree (or equivalent).
* Some experience in a law firm or familiarity with legal/admin work.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Organised and able to manage time effectively.
