Honda BF15a outboard sell, trade or break

Elderly Honda BF15a, SHORT SHAFT, possibly late 80s, cosmetically challenged but starts instantly regardless of how long left or ambient temperature.
Been on my canal cruiser for many years, but I've only owned for last 18 months and we've happily cruised continuously.
It's on remotes, the controls are staying here, and i do not have the tiller.
Likely to have spent it's entire life at tick over speed.
Very economical, and will likely keep chugging until the next ice age!
There are 2 reasons that i am considering a change.
As i live on my boat, it has to be reliable, and I've had it out several times to change gear oil and impeller, and, its just too heavy at over 50kg to deaf lift. Im strong now, but in future who knows?
I don't go onto rivers, so, i don't really need a 15hp lump, it's overkill.
So, i may be interested in a trade, cash either way, for something slightly newer, 4-8hp, and short shaft.
Yamaha, Mariner, Tohatsu, Honda or i may consider a Chinese motor.
I may also consider selling, or breaking for parts as some parts are difficult to source, and expensive.
Must be collected canal side, i do not drive, between Rugby and Coventry, but i do have a trolley.
Due to age, and the fact i do not know history, it's listed as spares or repair, although it's in very regular use.
