Description

Kids playhouse turned into a rabbit home.

House itself is custom to suit rabbits. It's elevated to maximise space underneath and comes with a large run that sits to the side.

Run is half roofed for extra dry space.
House has had a new roof and felt, new floor, painted with cuprinol inside & out so safe for pets, floor and inside roof is lino for very easy cleaning, walls are easily washable. Inside is in very good condition.

Comes with the run, a custom solid wooden litterbox and hay rack combo, custom bed with carpet that can easily be replaced, brand new water dispenser, non slip steps that lead down to the floor run, custom castle that sits under house.

It's also had a custom metal mesh door fitted, so in hot weather the main door can be opened to allow cool air to circulate.

It is secure with the bolts so no pets can escape.

It no longer has the mesh around the base but we have made it so the metal pens that are available everywhere online fit to secure it, it would just need screwing into place.

This is a solid set up that has cost over £1k to create. I am looking for around £350 for the complete set up.

I also have a 12 foot approx tunnel system and 2 sets of tunnel lockable door entrances, one of them brand new that can be bought as add ons if you wish. Tunnel would be £65 and the lockable doors £50 for the two.
