Personal registration K900 SDG Dog Grooming/Walking/Initials/etc

Description

PRIVATE REGISTRATION K900 SDG FOR SALE

Note this can only be put onto a vehicle first registered from August 1992 to present.

Recently taken off one of our vehicles after closing our dog grooming business and retiring. Hence the "DG" part of the registration, but if you are a dog groomer and your name or business starts with "S" then if could be ideal for you too, or perhaps it matches your initials or family members initials. It might have nothing to do with dogs/canines and means something else to you.

This registration can be assigned to your vehicle for you, or the registration certificate with the optional number plates shown can be sent to you to allow you to assign it to your vehicle yourself at a later date. See the V778 Guidance notes section 1 in the photo.

Please note that for me to assign the registration to your vehicle for you, I will need the current vehicle registration number and the latest V5C registration certificate (logbook) document reference number. This 11 digit number is on the front of the V5C as a 4-3-4 group of numbers. I will also need the name (Nominee) of the registered keeper as it appears on the V5C to enter on the V778 retention document. I will need your email address so that the eV948 Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (to allow you to get new plates made) can be sent to you once the change has been completed online. If the assignment cannot be completed online for any reason, the V778 certificate will be sent to you to deal with the registration change yourself.

IMPORTANT: read this BEFORE committing to purchase this number.

Assigning the number for you will be done online and your vehicle registration will change immediately if your vehicle does not need an inspection by DVLA. Please see the V778 Guidance notes in the picture to ensure your vehicle meets the criteria specified BEFORE deciding to purchase this listing as a refund it NOT available! It is your responsibility to ensure you change your Insurance to reflect the change and affix legally compliant number plates with the new number before using your vehicle on the public highway once the change of registration is made.

If you do not have a vehicle to assign the registration to, the registration can sit on the certificate for up to 10 years (until 25/02/2036) before it either needs to be renewed or assigned to a vehicle.

There are no additional fees to pay when purchasing this registration or assigning it to a vehicle as the £80 assignment fee has already been paid to put the number on retention and is included in the price.
For further information see Private (personalised) number plates: Assign a private number to a vehicle - GOV . UK or search for personalised-vehicle-registration-numbers / keep-or-assign on gov . uk.

The number plates shown are an option and will NOT be sent unless you tell me you want them. Not an issue if you are in the local area and collecting. They are used, having been on a vehicle for several years (plus an extra one that was on a trailer) so have obvious wear and tear plus fixing holes drilled in them that are unlikely to be in the same place as your vehicle. However if that's not an issue and you want them it'll save you around £50 over new ones, but please message to confirm that and I will include them for no extra cost along with the retention document. Otherwise, it will just be the V778 Retention document that will be sent if you want to carry out the transfer process yourself.
