Description
Huge solid Elm beam or lintel for fireplace or doorway.
Cut in 1995 from a tree on an estate in the Scottish Borders and seasoned in a cool dry outhouse ever since.
Some old stained beetle galleries which were in the timber when cut.
couple of waney edge corners.
As sawn finish.
Almost impossible to get such an item now.
