The successful candidate will be a passionate and reflective practitioner with a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum, particularly in early reading, phonics, writing, and mathematics. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment will be essential.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high–quality lessons, monitoring pupil progress, and working closely with colleagues to ensure that every child receives the support and challenge they need. The role will also involve building positive relationships with parents and carers and contributing to the wider life of the school.
