Gentle Ballet Flow classes – improve posture, balance, and strength in a friendly, relaxed setting. Qualified, experienced and fully insured ballet teacher.
Group classes: Mondays at 11:00 am
One-to-one sessions: Available by arrangement in person or online.
Location: Scout Community Hall, Milton on Stour, Gillingham SP8 5QD - or Online
All levels welcome - no ballet experience needed
First class free! Just bring ballet shoes or comfy socks
