Triathlon Coaching

Description

I followed a more unconventional route when learning how to coach for Triathlon. I decided to see how the best athletes in the world were training rather than just listening only to coaching course tutors. This has given me a brilliant network, real world knowledge and skills that I use to benefit all levels of athletes from total beginners to those chasing their pro licence (and are well on their way to getting it). I have countless success stories where I have helped people improve who had previously written off ever achieving a personal best again. The coaching process has often included a lot of Life Coaching too, as being able to enjoy or perform in sport often depends on wider aspects and other factors in life, whether that be personal life, career, health issues, relationships and general approach to living life.

I don’t think words can do Ali’s coaching justice. He has a ridiculous amount of knowledge in the sport and knows exactly how to push you to achieve your goals whilst adapting it to chaotic schedules. He is also just a genuinely wonderful and supportive person to work with. Highly recommend, finding a coach half as good as him would be lucky!

Ali has transformed our swimming in just a few sessions! His friendly and relaxed approach to coaching has made our swimming so enjoyable and rewarding. Ali has taken the time to listen and understand our goals, our anxieties and what we want to get out of our coaching. I would trust and recommend Ali to anyone, whether they want to overcome a fear of swimming, just improve their technique or swim competitively, and we will definitely continue our swim journey with him!

Ali is an amazing coach. He is helping me build confidence in running after having a knee injury. He makes running fun, motivates me to keep going and challenge myself. I would recommend Ali to anyone who loves running!

Ali is such a brilliant coach. He immediately puts you at ease and is so friendly and kind, not to mention knowledgeable. He goes to a lot of effort to make sure everyone gets individual feedback during the Ali is a great coach—friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He creates a relaxed environment where everyone gets individual feedback without any pressure to go beyond their comfort zone. Since joining his sessions, my swimming technique has improved, and I’ve started enjoying the sport again after years of being put off by the competitive atmosphere and strict coaching styles. Ali is a great coach—friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He creates a relaxed environment where everyone gets individual feedback without any pressure to go beyond their comfort zone.
