Description

I am a level 3 British Triathlon high performance coach, Ironman certified coach, swim coach and run coach. I also tutor the coaching courses for British Triathlon and I am Director of Triathlon England.

We also have coaches in Bath and Manchester who are also professional coaches.
Henrietta is a dedicated cycle coach who is also a professional elite cyclist.
Charlie is in Manchester and is a personal triathlon coach and elite professional triathlete.
Zak is a triathlon coach in Bath and an elite level Triathlete with a Sports science degree as well as his triathlon coaching qualification.
Emma in Keswick is a run coach with UK and world coaching qualifications, specialising in coaching female athletes.
Michelle is a cycle and run coach based in North Yorkshire. She is a former mountain bike and track cyling international athlete and has coached runner to international standard.



We have coached complete beginners, first time Ironman completers, GB age groupers and European and World Champion. The ability is not important, just a willingness and motivation to improve and enjoy the sport.
I believe in making training social so we have a triathlon club in Keswick as well as an online community of athletes of all abilities and we regularly meet for training, social events, training camps and races.
My coaching principle is that if it training is enjoyable, people are more likely to do the training and therefore improve. Although the training is varied and interesting it is built with a sound sports science approach to help you improve. We see our role as supporter, adviser and motivator. Many of our athletes have been with us for a number of years due to their success, confidence in me and athlete/coach bond that we have created.
