I have been working with Peter as my personal coach since October, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for his support and dedication. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly encouraging, providing me with personalised diet plans and workout routines that truly fit my needs. My situation wasn’t the easiest, but Peter showed great patience and commitment throughout the entire process. He always took the time to listen, adjust my plans when necessary, and make sure I stayed motivated and on track. His guidance never felt generic, it was always tailored and thoughtful. Hi Peter - a long overdue review but from the heart... When I hit a post-menopausal block with weight loss, I reached out to Peter for professional guidance. Over 6 months he helped me to lose 12kgs, regain my control and establish a new vision. He introduced a specific food plan (all very delicious and filling), an exercise regime (all very manageable for a non-gym 60+), informative motivational audio books, recipes, info on protein powders/supplements and, of course, supportive advice throughout. It's all felt effortless. All I did was follow his simple instructions and it's yielded the results I thought were impossible. Best of all, it's a sustainable plan for life (hurrah!). I've been working with Pete for nearly two months now and when he asked me to give him a short testimonial I told him I knew the perfect time to do it and asked him to give me a week. Currently I'm sat at the airport about to go on holiday and feeling more confident in myself than I did the last time I took a similar trip. I know that I can enjoy my time away whilst being sensible because we've laid the foundations and seen massive improvements. It's not just the loss of weight and definition of muscle returning that has helped but when packing my bags I suddenly found t-shirts, jumpers and other clothes I hadn't fit in for a few years were back in my suitcase and looking how I remember (although Pete will owe me a smaller belt at the end of this!) Pete has been there to keep me on plan, encourage me and remind me that not every week will be the same, he's available when needed and we check in regularly. I'm pretty honest with his food plan, with the odd allowance for a bit of low calorie sauce here and there (but I'd never tell Pete that). He isn't overwhelming and pushy just the right amount of support to keep me going and remind me it's a process that isn't perfect and to stock with it. Thanks Pete, looking forward to seeing where the next few months go 💪🏼
