What You Will Do:

Maintain and develop the company's Business Management System, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.Manage internal audits and liaise with the Technical Manager to address technical and product–related issues.Supervise the testing and recording of non–conforming products, ensuring compliance with established procedures.Act as the principal contact for customer auditors and external certification bodies, representing the company with professionalism.Oversee the calibration of in–house testing equipment and ensure timely and accurate record–keeping.Coordinate Health and Safety initiatives, including risk assessments and monthly meetings, while maintaining defined housekeeping standards.

What You Will Bring:

Strong research and analytical skills to identify and address quality challenges effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with teams, customers, and external auditors.A solid understanding of business management principles and experience in managing quality systems.Proficiency in relevant software tools and computer literacy to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem–solving, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
