What You'll Be Doing:

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring product quality and ensuring standards are met

Supporting your team to meet daily production targets

Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe

Adapting to new processes and equipment as the site evolves

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work

Reliability and a team-first mindset

Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a bonus - but not essential!
