Job Title: 2X Pallet Manufacturer

Location: Mark, Somerset

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a leading manufacturer of timber pallets, crates, and boxes from our 5-acre site in Mark, Somerset. We also repair and recondition damaged pallets, restoring them to their original condition. Alongside this, we produce a range of quality timber garden products and stock complementary items from carefully selected suppliers.

The Role

We’re looking for Pallet Manufacturers to join our team. You’ll be working in a team environment, manufacturing pallets using hand tools and automated machinery. Full training is provided.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm

Occasional Saturday mornings, subject to demand

Overtime rate applies for hours worked over 40

Key Responsibilities

Using hand tools and machinery to manufacture pallets

Manual handling tasks

Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety

Minimising waste wherever possible

Keeping the workplace clean and tidy

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Physical fitness for a demanding and repetitive role

A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or using hand tools is advantageous but not essential
