The Role

As the M&E Surveyor, you'll:

- Conduct M&E asset verification and condition surveys across commercial properties.

- Collaborate with your team to log, tag, and create comprehensive condition reports for mechanical and electrical assets.

- Utilise PDA devices to accurately record and manage data related to asset conditions.

To be successful in the role of M&E Surveyor, you'll bring:

- Relevant qualifications in building services, either mechanically or electrically.

- Previous experience conducting similar asset verification and condition surveys.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
