Port Operative

Location: Immingham

Job Type: 12 hour Shifts

Salary: 12.21– 15.07 per hour

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual looking to build a career in the logistics and maritime industry? We are currently recruiting Port Operatives to join our busy team at Stafforce Ports. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast–paced environment supporting port, warehouse, and cargo operations.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading cargo from vessels, vehicles, and containers

Operating port equipment (training provided)

Assisting with storage and movement of goods

Following health & safety procedures at all times

General labouring duties within port and warehouse environments

Ensuring all documentation and reporting is completed accurately

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a port, warehouse, construction, or logistics setting beneficial

Ability to work in a physically demanding role

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexibility to work day/night shifts and weekends when required

Full UK driving licence preferred

Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)

Counterbalance / FLT licence

CHIPS certificate

Port–specific training (e.g. Ro–Ro, Stevedoring)

Full training provided for the right candidates.
