IT Service Desk Support (Contract) – Crawley, UK

Day Rate: £150

Location: Crawley, UK (Office-Based, 5 days/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office Based, 5 days on-site)

Your Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

* Log and track incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.

* Assist users with password resets, software issues, hardware glitches, and setup challenges.

* Diagnose common IT problems and escalate complex issues appropriately.

* Proactively identify trends to prevent recurring issues.

* Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and resolutions.

* Contribute to knowledge base updates to improve team efficiency.

* Support a 24x7 shift schedule with rotational days off.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

* Technical proficiency at Level 1.5 support.

* Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

* Ability to multitask effectively and listen actively.

* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and ticketing tools.

Desirable Skills:

* Familiarity with CRM tools.

* Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
