Junior IT Test Administrator

Description

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Junior IT Test Administrator on a contract basis. This role is would be suitable for someone who has just left university who is looking to start a career in the IT world.

Key Responsibilities:

Test interactive lab activities according to given instructions.

Check that technical steps and configurations are correct and up-to-date.

Log and describe any errors or inconsistencies in lab content.

Re-test labs after updates to confirm issues have been resolved.

Maintain clear records of testing activities.

Work alongside experienced lab developers to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.

Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to follow technical steps accurately.

Clear written English for documentation.

Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
