About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate and reliable Contact Supervisors / Children's Support Workers to support children and families in and around Reading. This role involves supervising family contact sessions and/or providing direct support to children in a safe, professional, and child-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising contact between children and family members in line with care plansEnsuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of children are always prioritisedProviding clear, accurate reports following contact sessionsWorking professionally with families, social workers, and other professionalsOffering practical and emotional support to children as required Essential Requirements

Experience working with children and familiesA calm, professional, and empathetic approachStrong communication and observation skillsAbility to work independently and follow safeguarding proceduresDriver preferred but not essential What We Offer
