Description

Questech Automotive Recruitment are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join a dynamic team in a succesful company who reward skill and dedication with ongoing training, career progression and a supportive team culture.

This role will be 45 hours per week between 07:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday.

The company offers 40–hour and 26–hour per week options to fit your needs.

The salary for this role is between 40,000 – 43,400 pa DOE (based on 45hpw)

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Proven experience in commercial vehicle repair and servicing Strong diagnostic and fault–finding skills Understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and wiring diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime Experience with electric vehicles, IRTEC qualification, or HGV Class 2 licence is a bonus The Role:

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on chassis and mounted equipment Service vehicles to VOSA standards and prepare them for MOT inspections Complete body and chassis repairs and ensure compliance with Department of Transport specifications Maintain accurate records and enter job details into company systems Liaise professionally with customers and work independently at customer sites Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards Follow health and safety procedures and conduct risk assessments where required Undertake training to enhance technical skills and knowledge Contact:
