Job Title: Discipline Engineer - Rail Property
Type: Contract
Location: Belfast
Rate: Dependant on experience

I am looking for a senior engineer with a good Rail property and buildings background, to deliver civil engineering technical excellence for an engineering project across Northern Ireland
Role
You will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a buildings and property standards. This role would suit an existing or previous senior engineer
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure the building and property engineering standards are currently compliant Act as the building and property engineering technical contact and liaison with stakeholders.Ensure integration of standards across UK and EUCarry out project risk assessments. Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated contracts.Essential requirements:
Be a chartered civil engineer (MICE) or working towards it.Have five years relevant experience Proven experience of managing and controlling standards Desirable:
