Hi neighbours,

We’re a local South Croydon home bakery making authentic Basque Burnt Cheesecakes using the famous recipe from San Sebastián in northern Spain.

Our cheesecakes are freshly baked to order, incredibly creamy in the centre, and have become a favourite for birthdays, dinner parties, and weekend treats.

📍 Collection from the Small Sainsbury’s on Brighton Road, opposite Whitgift School, South Croydon.

We normally ask for 24 hours’ notice, although we occasionally have spare cheesecakes available at short notice.
