As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and providing critical insights to the business. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role offers an excellent platform for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts and group reporting. Preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Assisting with cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management. Supporting the preparation of year-end audit files and liaising with external auditors. Developing financial models to support business decision-making. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting at a group level. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the finance team. Key Skills and Experience:

Part-qualified or qualified Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to work across all levels of the organisation. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a group finance environment is advantageous but not essential.
