We re looking for a talented and organised Finance Administrator / Operations Executive to join our friendly Operations Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

No two days are the same at Quorum! You ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders Processing staff timesheets and expenses Maintaining and updating internal systems Preparing reports and assisting with month-end processes Managing supplier payments and purchasing activity Handling customer, supplier, and internal queries via phone and email Providing wider administrative support from reception cover to travel bookings and pre-employment checks What We re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar finance admin, bookkeeping, or operations role Strong knowledge of sales invoicing and credit control Confidence performing bank reconciliations Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience using Xero (bonus, not essential) Ready to Apply?
