Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and consolidation of financial reports for the group, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards. Working with key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts, providing insight into business performance. Ownership of the month-end process, including preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary for senior leadership. Monitoring and reporting on cash flow to support effective financial decision-making. Performing detailed reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Assisting with internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely submission of all relevant information. Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. Building strong relationships with internal teams, budget holders, and external auditors. Requirements:

Newly Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA) Background in practice (highly desirable) or proven industry experience. Experience with group reporting and consolidation (advantageous but not essential). Strong technical accounting knowledge, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across departments.
