Job Title: Complex Admin Officer

Location: Newham

Rate: £18.92 hour

Term: 3-6 months with the possibility of being extended to 1 year

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Complex Admin Officer to join their Resident Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the borough's diverse housing residents, focusing on compliance, enhanced communication, and fire safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to resident inquiries through various channels, ensuring excellent customer service.

Conduct investigations into tenancy irregularities, including unlawful subletting and abandonment.

Provide expert advice on fire safety and housing compliance.

Support vulnerable residents in sustaining their tenancies, collaborating with relevant support networks.

Attend court or tribunals as necessary and manage tenancy breaches until resolution.Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrable understanding of multi-tenure housing management.

Specialist knowledge in areas such as fire safety, tenancy irregularities, and legal enforcement.

Strong communication skills to engage effectively with residents and colleagues.Personal Attributes:
