At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Learning Coach Vocational and SIA Trainer to join their expanding team based in the Northwest.

This is a full-time permanent position working across multiple sites in Manchester, delivering high quality training and coaching to adult learners, supporting them to achieve qualifications and progress into sustainable employment.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and support a caseload of learners, carrying out regular reviews and interventions

• Deliver engaging training sessions in SIA security and vocational programmes, teaching conflict management, physical intervention, emergency response, first aid, operational security, CCTV. Mobile security etc.

• Develop individualised learning plans based on initial assessments, including Math’s and English where required

• Support learners to achieve qualifications on time and progress into employment or further training

• Plan and organise assessments, ensuring learners are fully prepared

• Provide timely, accurate and constructive feedback to support learner development

• Motivate and inspire learners, identifying and overcoming barriers to learning

• Work closely with internal quality teams to maintain high standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders

• Produce accurate reports in line with performance targets

• Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years front line security experience within the last 5 years in the UK if not experienced as a Tutor or Assessor, but would like to become one and use your experience and knowledge to teach others.

Desirable but not essential:

• Teaching qualification such as PGCE

• Assessor qualification TAQA A1 D32 33 or equivalent

• Coaching qualification

• Knowledge xjnqpsq of government funded training programmes
