Provide high–quality care and education to children from the ages of 3 months –4 years, in a safe and nurturing environment.Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child s needs are met.Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.Maintain accurate records of each child s progress and development. What you will need:

A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) preferred but not essentialExperience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well–being and development.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
