Science Teacher Required – Oldham ASAP Start (Long–Term Role)

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a qualified Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Oldham. This is a full–time, long–term position starting ASAP, with the potential to continue into the new academic year and even become permanent for the right candidate.

The school is part of a large Multi–Academy Trust and boasts a supportive and welcoming Science department, where you'll be fully integrated as a valued member of staff.

The Role:

Full–time Science Teacher position

Teaching Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4

Planning and marking responsibilities included

Long–term role until the end of the academic year

Potential extension into the next academic year/permanent opportunity

Opportunity for a trial day before the Easter break

School happy to wait until after Easter for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Have excellent behaviour management skills

Be confident implementing the school's behaviour policy

Provide references covering the last 2 years

Hold a DBS on the Update Service

Be committed, reliable, and passionate about Science education
