This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who is eager to support children with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours. You will be joining a supportive team committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Watford

Pay: £95-£110 per day

Contract: Full-time, long-term, term-time only

What the role involves:

Working 1:1 or with small groups to support personalised learning

Assisting with tailored interventions that promote emotional, social, and academic development

Supporting pupils with sensory, behavioural, or communication needs

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals

Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environmentWhat we're looking for:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desired but not essential)

A caring, patient, and resilient approach

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
