What You'll Do

Deliver high–quality, hands–on and classroom–based training for rail engineers and apprentices.

Lead engaging Sentinel Track Safety courses and assessments in line with industry standards.

Inspire and develop learners, ensuring an exceptional learning experience for every participant.

Create or update training materials when needed to support continuous improvement.

Travel to client sites across the UK to deliver training where required.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering Sentinel Track Safety courses (additional training can be provided).

Strong presentation and classroom management skills, with the confidence to engage up to 12 learners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At least 3 years of UK rail industry experience (training experience helpful but not essential).

Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a relevant training qualification.

Flexible and willing to travel nationwide for client delivery.

Why Join TrainsPeople?

Be part of a respected, NSAR–approved organisation leading the way in rail training.

Make a real impact by equipping the next generation of rail professionals with vital safety and technical skills.

Enjoy flexible working options and opportunities for career development.

Work alongside passionate experts in a friendly, supportive team environment.

If you're enthusiastic about rail safety, love teaching, and want to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Apply today and help us keep Britain's railways safe and skilled.
