Location: Greenwich, South East London

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full–Time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm

Salary: 200 – 240 per day

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (SEMH/ASC experience highly valued)A warm, reflective, and resilient practitioner committed to pupil–centred learningStrong behaviour management and communication skillsSomeone eager to grow as a leader within a truly supportive school communityAbility to reliably commute to Ware.Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:

Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differencesPlan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPsCultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviourLiaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progressTake an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approachesCareer Progression:

Tailored development pathways into SENDCo, Specialist Lead, or Senior LeadershipRegular 1:1 coaching and CPD linked to personal goalsA leadership team that actively promotes from within and supports long–term career journeysSEN Class Teacher Role with Career Progression Greenwich
