£92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) | Wirral | Full Academic Year

We're currently working with a specialist SEN provision on the Wirral who are looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for the full academic year starting in September.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils with autism (ASD), SEMH, ADHD, speech and language needs, and complex learning needs, making it ideal for someone who is confident working in a structured and supportive SEN education environment.

The provision is a well-run setting with a strong focus on consistency and routine, and is looking to secure a reliable SEN Teaching Assistant early to ensure a smooth start for pupils in September.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), SEN Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker, or someone looking to build a long-term career in the education sector.

The role:

Supporting pupils in an SEN setting on a 1:1 and small group basis as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support learning and behaviour

Supporting communication, routines, and emotional regulation

Working with pupils with ASD, SEMH, and additional needsWe're looking for:

Experience in SEN, education, care, or support work

A calm, patient, and consistent approach
