We’re proud to be supporting a forward-thinking SEN school that’s expanding its team for the 2025/26 academic year. They’re on the lookout for motivated and caring Learning Support Assistants who want to help students thrive both academically and personally.

This vibrant, inclusive school supports pupils on the autistic spectrum, many of whom are high-functioning and have exceptional talents in Art, Physical Education, Music, Science, and Maths and many more subjects. What You’ll Be Doing

As a valued member of the team, you’ll:

Support students to achieve their personal and academic goals

Encourage confidence, communication, and independence

Create positive learning experiences in and beyond the classroom

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every child has the best chance to succeed

Are positive, reliable, and eager to learn

Bring energy, patience, and creativity to your work

Have a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs

Have experience in education, childcare, coaching, or youth work – or have studied a related subject and are ready to put your knowledge into action

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
