Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students achieve their learning goals

Foster positive relationships and promote an inclusive classroom atmosphere

Assist in classroom management and contribute to creating a safe, supportive learning space

Provide targeted support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required

About You:

A genuine passion for helping young people learn and grow

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach

Previous school-based experience or a background working with children (desired but not essential)

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
