Description
AAT PROGRAMME MANAGER
remote, permanent, full time.
Working for a well established, Ofsted Outstanding Training Provider you would be responsible for a combined role of AAT Tutor and Programme Manager.
Due to the continued success of this AAT Approved Training Provider, their AAT delivery team has grown and they now require a dedicated AAT Programme Manager.
Whilst the role of AAT Programme Manager is in its infancy stages, you would still be managing a small cohort of AAT apprentices, whilst overseeing and performance managing your team of AAT Tutors.
This hands on approach would allow you to demonstrate your excellent teaching and assessing skills to your team and set some high standards.
Eventually, the role would become that of an AAT Programme Manager.
For the role of AAT Programme Manager, it would be great if you had previous management or supervisory experience. Not necessarily within education but this could be from when you working in accountancy or another role.
Required for the role of AAT Programme Manager:
AAT level 4 or above. Recent AAT tutoring experience. Formal teaching, assessing or training qualifications would be ideal not essential. IQA qualification would be great but not essential. A sound work history in accounts. Previous supervisory or man management experience. To continually strive to work to high standards. A dedicated workspace at home where you can work undisturbed.
