Nursery Nurse

We are currently recruiting a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for a long-term supply position at a welcoming and supportive nursery based in Salford.

Hours:

36 hours per week

Monday to Friday – 4 full days and 1 half day

Pay Rate:

£16.77 per hour

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified early years professional to join a friendly nursery team and support the care, learning, and development of young children in line with the EYFS framework. You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities

* Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

* Observing, assessing, and supporting children’s individual needs

* Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging nursery environment

* Working collaboratively with colleagues and following safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)

* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

* A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
