Learning Support Assistant Enfield /day ASAP Start Flexible Working

Reeson Education is recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join caring and inclusive schools across Enfield. This role is perfect for an adaptable and patient Learning Support Assistant who wants to support children with a range of learning needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll help pupils in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 reach their full potential by providing 1:1 and group support. You'll assist children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties, working alongside teachers and SENCOs to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Overview:

Daily rate: (based on experience)

Full–time or flexible working options

Immediate start available in schools across Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate

Support SEN pupils in mainstream classrooms

Ideal Candidate for the Learning Support Assistant Role:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting SEN pupils

Understanding of autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs

A patient, proactive, and caring approach

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
