Job Title: Qualified Teacher (SEMH)Location: WorcesterPay Rate: GBP140.12 - GBP232.36Hours: Full-Time - 32.5 hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am - 3:15pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and qualified Teacher to join an SEMH school in Worcester. The school caters for children aged 7-16 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) from across Worcestershire. Class sizes are small, typically 8-12 pupils per class, ensuring a supportive and tailored learning environment.

About the Role: As a Teacher in this SEMH setting, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a broad curriculum, with a particular focus on secondary-aged pupils. You will provide a nurturing and structured environment that supports both academic progress and emotional development, helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence.

Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
