Extensive career development opportunities and ongoing training to help you grow professionally

A collaborative, friendly, and supportive team environment

Opportunities to develop specialist skills in SEMH, behaviour support, and education

A fulfilling role where your work truly matters

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiasm for supporting children and young people's learning and wellbeing

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

A willingness to learn and engage with ongoing professional development

Previous experience in education or youth work is desirable but not essential
