The Role

The Drama Teacher will:

Deliver high–quality, captivating lessons across Key Stages 3–5, cultivating a profound love for theatrical arts and performance. Employ creative and experiential teaching methods, including devised theatre, advanced characterisation, and interactive performance–based projects. Empower students to communicate confidently and expressively through diverse dramatic forms and technical applications. Actively contribute to the wider school community through grand school productions, thriving drama clubs, and innovative theatrical outreach programmes. The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a qualified Drama Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:

Demonstrates a proven ability to differentiate instruction to both nurture and rigorously challenge learners across all theatrical abilities.
