What we're looking for:

Previous experience working with children or young people – education, youth work, mentoring, or coaching.

A proactive, empathetic, and patient approach to behaviour support.

Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting students to re–engage with learning.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

As a Behaviour Mentor through Tradewind, you'll be a vital part of the school community – providing targeted support to students, helping to manage behaviour positively, and encouraging a safe and inclusive learning environment.
