Description
A good usable example of the very last of the pre-srad GSXR 750s. I bought this bike in 2020 as it was the same as the posters I had as a kid, dreaming of owning one.
It has since lived in the garage more as an ornament than a vehicle!
The bike has only covered 21788 miles in almost 30 years, however in the last 4.5 years I've had her I've only done 462 miles. She runs and rides great, but my body can't cope with sports bikes anymore and although I love to look at her, she deserves to be used.
She has MOT to 1st July 2026.
During my ownership I have serviced her including plugs, brake fluid replacement and fresh fork oil. I have also fitted the following:
Front and rear discs and pads.
New tires less than 100 miles ago.
Chain and sprockets.
Screen, as had horrendous 90s purple one!
Ignition (original included), changed as felt loose and needed to wiggle the key to turn it.
Top fairing sub frame (original included).
Replacement front wheel (original included), original had a slight buckle that passed MOT but I wasn't happy.
New wheel bearings front and rear.
New grips.
New bar ends, pattern to look original as horrible aftermarket ones on when I bought it.
Stainless fairing bolt kit.
New indicators.
This is not a show bike, this is a used 29 year old bike that is mechanically sound and looks great. Her previous owners do not seem to have pampered her like I have, so she has marks and dings you'd expect of a used bike of this age. I have tried to be as honest as possible but do not expect concourse condition at this price.
Genuine enquires welcomed. This is a chance to own and enjoy a 90s legend.
